The Race

The Big One. The longest track. The most unpredictable race.

Talladega Superspeedway is 2.66 miles of tri-oval with banking up to 33 degrees. NASCAR restrictor plates keep speeds manageable, but the pack racing they create is uniquely chaotic. Cars draft in massive packs at 200 mph, and when contact is made at those speeds -- the multi-car pileup known as the Big One -- the race changes for everyone.

As a Round of 12 Playoffs elimination event, the championship stakes are high. Four drivers leave Talladega out of contention. The racing reflects it.

Hub City Options

Atlanta or Birmingham. Two strong flight markets.
